-	Create integrated processes among Operations, Purchasing, and outside suppliers to execute the planning/replenishment process. Identify systems tools needed to implement planning/forecasting systems.

Job Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a degree in Business Administration or related discipline and relevant experience in a senior managerial role. At least 3 years in a senior management position.

An opportunity has now arisen for a "Finance Manager”

Primary Objective:
Efficient and effective management of the finance function in Digicel, Dominica, leading to the production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* To guide and coordinate activities in the finance functions;
* The production of accurate and timely monthly management financial statements in accordance with IFRS, Group standards and tight reporting deadlines;
* Preparation of ad-hoc management and shareholders reports;
* Responsible for proactive cost control and revenue maximization;
* Ensuring correct tax compliance;
* Daily responsibility of the treasury function;


Academic Qualifications and Experience required for position:
· Qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA;
· Minimum 1 year PQE;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Time management and ability to work to tight deadlines

In order to be successful in this position, you will be a graduate with at least two years post qualification experience working (ideally gained in-house with a medium to large scale company). Experience of working in the Caribbean would be a distinct advantage.
